Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end US IT recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
• Market and place

  bench consultants

  (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and vendors.
• Source candidates using

  job boards

  (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn) and through direct networking.
• Negotiate

  pay rates

  with candidates and

  bill rates

  with clients/vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendor partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and consultants for future openings.
• Work closely with the sales/business development team to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure

  daily submissions, interviews, and placements

  while meeting weekly/monthly targets.
• Keep ATS/CRM updated and prepare activity/placement reports.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  2–6 years in

  US IT Recruitment & Bench Sales

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US tax terms

  (W2, C2C, 1099) and

  visa classifications

  (OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in

  end-to-end recruitment

  and

  bench marketing

  .
• Good network of

  clients, implementation partners, and vendors

  in the US.
• Proficiency in job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn).
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible to work in

  night shifts (US time zones).
