US-IT RECRUITER Jobs | 5 - 7 years | Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu(Full time) Job: US-IT RECRUITER Job Description Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Coimbatore Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn), referrals, and internal databases. Review and analyze resumes for technical requirements and job fit. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback. Negotiate compensation packages (W2, C2C, 1099) and close candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Ensure compliance with client requirements and US labor laws. Maintain candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop long-term relationships with consultants and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field. 5-7years of experience in US IT recruiting. Strong knowledge of technical skills and terminology (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.). Experience working with various work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred: Experience working with US-based clients or in a staffing agency environment. Knowledge of time zones and US geographic regions for candidate placement.
