Job Description

Position: US IT Recruiter

Number of Openings:

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Location: Onsite at Noida sector 63

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in
end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles
Must have hands-on expertise in
W2 fulltime, W2 contract sourcing and recruitment
Familiarity with various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn recruiter etc.)
Ability to working time aligning with US time zones
Good communication and negotiation skills
Experience with implementaton partner preffered
must have experince in ERP hiring
