Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist for US clients, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. Your role will involve collaborating closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to develop and implement global hiring strategies. Your expertise in US tax terms such as C2C and W2, as well as visa types like H1B, GC, and EAD, will be crucial in sourcing candidates through niche IT platforms. Conducting interviews and effectively documenting findings will be key responsibilities. It is essential for you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure successful recruitment processes.
