Job Description

Job description: Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US clients. Collaborate with recruiting leads and hiring managers. Develop and implement global hiring strategies. Utilize knowledge of US tax terms (C2C, W2) and visa types (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.). Source candidates through niche IT platforms. Conduct interviews and document findings effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT recruitment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree (technical preferred). Additional Details: Immediate start 5 days a week, on-site position Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
