Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT professionals for US federal and state roles
• Build and manage a strong candidate database with relevant clearances
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill urgent hiring needs
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including negotiation and coordination
• Stay aligned with public sector hiring trends and requirements
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of US IT recruitment experience with a focus on State and Federal government clients
• Strong understanding of security clearance levels, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and negotiation best practices
• Hands-on experience in recruiting for cleared positions and navigating public sector requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and a track record of successful placements
• Solid understanding of IT skill sets and technologies
