Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other tools.
Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, EAD etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and priorities.
Maintain candidate records and track all communication in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and procedures.
