Role- US IT Recruiter (100% Remote)

Need 3- 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced 3-5 years of US IT Recruiter proven success in full-time (W2) positions with AI Recruitment tools experience

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Should have hands on experience on End-to-end recruitment

Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and other tools.

Should have hands on experience on AI Recruitment Tools.

Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication skills, and work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, EAD etc.).

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates.

Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and priorities.

Maintain candidate records and track all communication in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Having Experience in Ceipal is added Advantage.

Provide regular updates to management on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends.

Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and procedures.

Working hours will be in the EST time zone.
