Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus. 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java applications. 2+ years of experience in cloud migration projects, specifically with AWS. 2+ years of experience in Python Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing technical teams. Strong understanding of AWS services, architecture patterns, and cloud-native application design. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
