We are seeking an experienced and proactive US IT Recruiter to join our internal recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and onboard talented professionals in alignment with our company's research and technological goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify exceptional candidates through various channels, including specialized job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Twitter), social media, and strategic networking.
• Conduct comprehensive resume screening and preliminary interviews, assessing both technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and streamline technical interview processes and assessments, ensuring candidates experience a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.
• Represent Blubridge at leading educational institutions, job fairs, and industry conferences, building a vibrant talent pipeline.
• Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with academic institutions and professional networks, enhancing our visibility and talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment activities with precision.
• Work collaboratively with research teams and hiring managers to deeply understand and articulate job requirements.
• Actively engage candidates, delivering an outstanding and memorable recruitment experience reflective of our research-driven culture.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in US IT Staffing and consultancy recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting technical and IT roles effectively.
