Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and validate

  candidates for direct and

  SI/Implementation client IT roles

  across U.S. accounts
• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for contract, W2, and full-time positions
• Build and maintain pipelines across IT domains including:
• Software Development
• Cybersecurity
• Data Analytics
• Cloud Computing & Infrastructure
• Networking & Systems Administration
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
• Utilize

  LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms

  , and other sourcing tools effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in U.S. IT recruitment
• Proven success in placing candidates across

  contract, W2, and full-time roles

• Strong understanding of

  U.S. work visa categories

  (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Expertise in recruiting across specialized IT verticals
• Proficiency in

  LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems

  , and sourcing strategies
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering

  , or a related technical field
• Technical education that supports deeper understanding of IT roles and terminology
