Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a US IT Business Development Manager at Aquarious Technology. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and improving communication strategies. They will also work closely with the IT team to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients. Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on acquiring new business opportunities and building strong relationships in the US, UK & UAE markets. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in selling IT services—such as application development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, managed services, and support—within a service-based business environment. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads from the US/UK/UAE regions for IT services. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.Has extensive experience in US and UK market and done B2B salesEngage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams of potential clients. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, pre-sales) to craft tailored solutions for prospects. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to increase brand visibility in the target regions. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the US, UK and UAE markets. Key Requirements:Proven experience 10+ years in business development or IT sales focused on the US and UK markets. Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including custom software development, cloud solutions, IT consulting, and managed services.Excellent network and relationship-building capabilities in the tech industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of ownership. Willingness to work in different time zones (EST/GMT) as required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience in business development or sales in the IT industryMust have experience in B2B salesMust have 8 years of relevant experience in US IT industryMust have 5+ years of experience in cold marketingFamiliarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Experience with digital lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, etc.)
