Role Overview:

HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities

Employee Communication & Engagement

• Facilitate empathetic, clear, and timely communication across teams
  
• Support performance discussions, feedback cycles, and employee relations
  

HR Operations & Support

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for U.S. hires.
• Administer U.S. benefits (Healthcare, 401K, Leave Policies).
• Coordinate immigration documentation (H-1B, OPT, etc.).
• Oversee contract administration and HR documentation workflows
  

Compliance & Policy Execution

• Ensure adherence to U.S. labor laws, EEOC, I-9, and all regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and documentation
  

Strategic HR Partnership

• Collaborate with U.S. leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Provide insights on employee trends, engagement, and retention.
• Support DEI initiatives and cross-geography cultural integration
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in U.S. HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws, benefits, and HR systems.
• Experience in immigration processes, onboarding, and contract management.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-border HR operations.

• Preferred:

  Candidates who have lived and worked in the U.S. and are now based in India
