Location: Indore | Onsite | Full-Time
Shift: 7pm to 4am (Night shift) | Sat - Sun Fixed off

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter with 1 plus years of US nursing recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should bring a strong personal database of nurses, along with proven expertise in sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Facebook, and professional networks—without relying heavily on job boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified nurses for healthcare assignments.
• Leverage personal networks, databases, and social platforms to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing professionals.
• Partner with hiring/account managers to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of US healthcare/nursing recruitment experience (agency/in-house).
• Strong nurse database and active connections across LinkedIn/Facebook.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship skills.
