About the Role:

Infireex is actively seeking an experienced and enthusiastic US Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Travel Nursing recruitment to join our Indore-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals – primarily Travel Nurses – across various client locations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of Travel Nurses and other healthcare professionals for US-based clients
• Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach
• Screen and qualify candidates based on client needs, compliance, and credentialing requirements
• Maintain active communication with candidates through the entire hiring lifecycle
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely onboarding
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring needs
• Stay current on US healthcare staffing trends, licensure, and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in US Healthcare Recruitment,

  with hands-on Travel Nursing recruitment experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, terminology, and compliance requirements in the US
• Proficiency in using job portals like

  Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder,

  etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to work

  night shift (US Time Zones)
