Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Healthcare Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in healthcare positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, verifying credentials, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes and credential verification
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in recruitment or HR, particularly within the healthcare industry, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
