Job Description

Job Summary:

US Healthcare Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
full-cycle recruitment
including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
Source allied healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Understand and meet client requirements for various allied health positions.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide timely communication and updates.
Work in
US time zones
as needed to coordinate with clients and candidates.
Ensure all documentation and compliance protocols are met as per US healthcare standards.
Track and manage candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to fulfill urgent and bulk requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment with a focus on
allied healthcare roles
.
Knowledge of US healthcare terminologies, job roles, and recruitment practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
