US Healthcare Recruiter

A Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet staffing needs in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and working closely with hiring managers or clients.

• Must have 2+ Years of experience working with Aya Healthcare Clients.
• Should have work experience in Lotus MSP
• Source and attract Clinical & Non Clinical professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, interviewing, coordinating credentialing, extending offers, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Source, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
