US Health Care Recruiter - Night Shift - Male Candidates

Role & responsibilities

1. Flawlessly Execute the full cycle recruiting processes from initial outreach through offer, for highly competitive tech positions (Product Owner, Director of CCM , Data scientist , Data engineer ) and some healthcare positions
2. Source, screen and engage passive and active candidates through traditional and creative outlets
3. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with broader recruiting team, and cross-functional internal teams
4. Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
5. Participating in weekly meetings, scorecard and metrics, and discussions with leaders to collaborate hiring practices
6. Must be highly skilled and inventive at sourcing high volume and niche Software Development Engineers.
7. Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize.
8. Must possess experience in client/account management, highly organized, effective communicator, can prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative.
9. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences by maintaining low interview-to-offer ratios

Preferred candidate profile

• MUST HAVE 2+ Years of US technical recruiting experience!
• Experience working with global recruitment teams and customer needs is a plus
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques possesses a passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high-quality hires for the company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Having more experience in Dise and Linked In sourcing tools.
• Willing to work in Night shift EST Hours.
