Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients and vendors to market available consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and partners. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and payment with vendors and clients. Update and maintain internal databases with consultants statuses and job postings. Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding processes. Requirements: Proven experience in bench sales, preferably in IT staffing. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
