About the Role

US Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US accounting operations, including

  AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing

  .
• Process US payroll accurately and ensure compliance with

  federal and state regulations

  .
• Handle US taxation activities, including

  1099s, W-2s, filings, deductions, and compliance

  .
• Coordinate with

  HR and Immigration teams

  for documentation, onboarding, and compliance support.
• Maintain and update financial records in

  QuickBooks

  with precision and functional expertise.
• Prepare

  financial statements, reports, and dashboards

  to support decision-making.
• Assist in

  budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  as required.
• Communicate effectively with

  US clients, vendors, and internal teams

  to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  US Accounting & Finance

  .

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory)

  .
• Solid understanding of

  US taxation, payroll compliance, and multi-state regulations

  .
• Proven expertise in

  AP, AR, payroll processing, and financial reporting

  .
• Excellent

  communication and team coordination skills

  .
• Ability to work during

  US business hours (night shift)

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate joiners.
• Experience working with

  US CPA firms or consulting teams

  .
