With a fully-fledged delivery center in Ahmedabad, India, and headquarters in Missouri, USA, we offer comprehensive financial solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities: ⁠


  • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support client decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their accounting needs and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in US accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to improve processes and implement best practices.
  • To Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
  • Handle a team size of 3-10 people.
  • Manage Direct client coordination and end to end process.

  • Qualifications: ⁠

    • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA Qualified or a related field.
    • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an outsourcing firm or handling US-based clients.
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and federal, state, and local tax regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong MS Office skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
