About Us

Call Center Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center roles (voice, non-voice, sales, and tech support).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain strong candidate engagement by providing timely updates and feedback.
Build and maintain a pipeline for high-volume hiring needs.
Manage candidate documentation and onboarding formalities.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, drop-offs).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong understanding of the Hyderabad hiring market.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and ATS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good to Have

Experience hiring for international voice processes and night shifts.
Knowledge of compliance and onboarding requirements.
Familiarity with pre-employment assessments.

Working Hours

Full-time role with flexibility to support weekend drives or evening hiring as needed.
