Adroit Valuation is hiring State Head - Valuation Real Estate for Karnataka (Bangalore)

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Person will be primarily responsible for the overall quality of the Valuation report and estimated market value.

2. Finalize valuation reports & handle entire valuation technical team.

3. Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis.

4. Analyze and utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.

5. Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.

6. Maintain a database of capital values (Land & B-up area).

7. Maintain a data base of local building bye-laws.

8. Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical teams guidelines.

9. Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.

10. Acquisition of Business Development & coordination with Banks/Financial Institutions.

11. Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.

12. Promote the company products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

13. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

14. Generate Business from these clients in term of our services.

15. Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate should be minimum Civil Engineer/Architects/MRICS - Real Estate with relevant knowledge of Property Valuations.

2. Candidate with experience in the same field will be preferred.

3. Technical & functional expertise.

4. Strong analytical skills and rich experience conceptualizing financial strategy.

5. Team management and problem solving.

6. Business development specifically for Consulting and valuation vertical.

7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
