Valuation Technical Managers

You will be responsible for inspecting Property Valuation of Commercial, Residential, Industrial properties, etc. This includes checking Built-up area (temporary/permanent separately), Plot area, etc. Additionally, you will finalize valuation reports and analyze approved plans and Bye Laws to ensure construction compliance. Your role will involve ensuring the quality of valuation reports and estimated market values, as well as resolving client queries. Adhering to banks" Risk/Credit/Technical teams guidelines and employing strategic methodologies for project appraisal will be essential. Key Skills required for this role include relevant knowledge of Property Valuation, technical and functional expertise, strong analytical skills, and experience in conceptualizing financial strategy. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years or more of experience in Valuation Stream specifically from Banks, NBFCs, or Valuation firms. Qualifications sought for this position are B.Tech-Civil/B.E.-Civil (In Valuation Stream Only) or M.Tech-Civil/M.E.-Civil (In Valuation Stream Only). The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 3.5 - 5 Lacs per annum, with flexibility for the right candidates. The location of the job is Noida.
