Valuation Technical Managers

As a Property Valuation Specialist at Adroit Valuation, your role involves inspecting various types of properties such as Commercial, Residential, and Industrial, checking built-up area (temporary/permanent separately), plot area, etc. You will be responsible for finalizing valuation reports, analyzing approved plans/Bye Laws to ensure construction compliance, and maintaining the quality of valuation reports and estimated market values. Additionally, you will resolve client queries and adhere to guidelines set by banks" Risk/Credit/Technical teams while utilizing strategic methodologies for project appraisal. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect Property Valuation for different property types - Finalize valuation reports - Analyze approved plans and verify construction compliance - Ensure quality of valuation reports and estimated market values - Resolve client queries - Adhere to banks" guidelines - Utilize strategic methodologies for project appraisal Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Valuation Stream Only) - M.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.E. in Civil Engineering (Valuation Stream Only) The ideal candidate should possess: - Relevant knowledge of Property Valuation - Technical and functional expertise - Strong analytical skills and rich experience in conceptualizing financial strategy If you have 3-5+ years of experience in Valuation Stream from Banks, NBFCs, or Valuation firms, you are warmly welcomed to join the Adroit family.
