Job Title: Business Development Manager – Hostel Admissions

Location: Delhi NCR & Yamunanagar

Organization: Delhi Public School (Hostel Division)

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Education / Residential Schooling

Experience: 2+years, (1+ year or 6 months candidates can be considered if highly confident about the role and generating leads of admissions in education sector for esteemed organization)

BUDGET: 25K/Month (Inhand) + Incentives


Key Responsibilities:


Admissions & Outreach:


Drive hostel admissions by building awareness of the residential facilities across schools, education consultants, and parent networks.


Develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote hostel offerings in Delhi NCR and Yamunanagar.


Lead Generation & Conversion:


Identify and engage prospective parents and students through various channels (school fairs, seminars, digital marketing, tele-counselling, etc.).


Follow up on inquiries, schedule campus visits, and guide parents through the admission process.


Relationship Management:


Build strategic partnerships with feeder schools, coaching centers, and consultants.


Maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and educational communities to enhance referrals.


Market Research & Strategy:


Conduct competitor analysis and market trends to fine-tune positioning of DPS hostel facilities.


Provide insights and data to inform pricing, promotional strategies, and student preferences.


Collaboration:


Work closely with the school leadership, marketing team, and hostel administration for seamless coordination.


Represent DPS at education fairs, expos, and public engagements.


Key Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admissions, business development, or education sales (experience in hostel/residential school admissions is a plus).


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and travel within Delhi NCR and Yamunanagar.


Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
