Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Officer (TSO) located in Chennai. The Technical Support Officer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer service, and offering solutions to clients. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, analyzing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Budget: Upto 3 LPA

Experience: 6 months to 5 years (AGE LIMIT: 28 to 30 Years max)

NOTE: BPO background candidates are welcome with excellent communication skills.
