Role & responsibilities

Offer expert legal advice and opinions on non-litigation matters to the management and various departments within the organization.
Interpret and ensure compliance with housing finance laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the company's activities.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Ensure that contracts are in line with the company's policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Ensure that the company's housing finance products and services comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Review marketing materials and customer-facing documents to confirm compliance and mitigate legal risks.
