Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) for voice process associates for Banking Life Insurance sales.

Deliver training on product knowledge, sales scripts, objection handling, compliance guidelines, and system navigation.

Facilitate refresher and upskilling training sessions for existing staff.

2. Training Content & Planning

Prepare training schedules, training modules, assessments, and certification tests.

Update content regularly as per changes in process, products, or compliance guidelines from life insurance sales

3. Performance Tracking

Assess trainees through daily evaluations, mock calls, role-plays, and quizzes.

Identify low performers and provide targeted coaching sessions.

Maintain training dashboards, reports, and documentation for audits.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with Operations, Quality Team, and Client SPOCs for updates, feedback, and training improvements.

Share daily/weekly training progress reports with managers and client representatives.

5. Compliance & Quality

Ensure all training content meets compliance norms for life insurance sales.

Educate trainees on IRDAI rules, customer data protection, and sales ethics.

Ensure 100% adherence to quality and call standards expected by banking life insurance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 years of experience in training for voice process, preferably in BFSI or life insurance domain.

Experience in life insurance or similar insurance process will be an added advantage.

Technical & Behavioural Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of sales techniques, call flow, and objection handling.

Ability to manage large batches and maintain high engagement levels.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).

Strong analytical and reporting abilities
