Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
inbound voice calls
and assist customers with queries, complaints, and information requests.
Provide
chat and email support
as part of the blended customer service process.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across all channels.
Document interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
Follow standard procedures and scripts as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask across voice, chat, and email channels.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Good typing speed for chat and email responses.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
Prior experience in inbound or blended process preferred.
