Sales Manager Staffing

This is a key leadership role focused on driving growth, empanelling our company with large enterprises, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of resource requirements

This is a high-impact, performance-oriented role ideal for a professional with deep industry expertise and a hunger to drive growth in a fast-paced organization.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven 8+ years of experience in staffing / bench sales / IT resource augmentation with reputed mid-level companies (not start-ups).
Strong market connect and existing corporate client relationships in India and abroad (especially APAC, North America, and Middle East).
In-depth understanding of staffing models (C2C, C2H, Permanent, Contractual).
Ability to acquire clients independently, drive vendor empanelment, and close staffing deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Experience in international staffing.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop partnerships and drive sustained revenue growth.
High ownership mindset, target-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
