Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing and executing channel sales strategies, recruiting and managing channel partners (like distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms), and ensuring they meet sales targets.

Looking after training and support to partners, analyzing sales performance data, coordinating marketing efforts, and acting as a liaison between partners and the company.

Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, forecast sales, and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure partners meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations) to ensure smooth service delivery for customers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partners.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with channel partners to drive sales.
Attend industry events to network and build the company's presence.

2. Any Field Sales experience also preferred.
