Key Responsibilities:

  • Must having experience working in IT Business development role with IT clients
  • Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities the companys growth through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.
  • Track and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development in the Indian business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
