Role Overview

Cars24 is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of automotive sales processes, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

What will you drive?

Drive sales of premium/pre-owned/new vehicles to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable options.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales follow-up.
Negotiate effectively with customers to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, pricing, and market trends.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve sales conversions.

Who are we looking for?

34 years of proven experience in automotive sales (luxury/pre-owned/new car sales preferred). Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-first approach.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and customer preferences.
Graduate degree (preferred) in Business/Marketing/Automotive or related field.
