Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily in-store sales operations and ensure smooth functioning of counters.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and arrange training when required.
Ensure excellent customer service, handle escalated queries, and resolve complaints effectively.
Oversee product display, stock management, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with store policies, billing accuracy, and loss-prevention measures.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
Maintain store discipline, hygiene, and professional grooming standards for the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
12th Passed
Experience:
3-5 years in retail sales, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role (Jewellery/luxury retail preferred).
Skills:
Strong leadership, team management, sales planning, communication, and customer handling skills.
Personality:
Presentable, confident, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Other Requirements:
Ability to motivate and train staff.
Flexible to work in shifts and under pressure.
High integrity with attention to detail.
