What Will You Drive

Franchise Success Manager South Region

Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned franchise stores.
Conduct regular visits to franchise outlets to monitor and enhance performance.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with Franchise Owners (FOs).
Resolve franchise queries with timely and effective solutions.
Implement strategies to improve business metrics and align franchise goals with CARS24s objectives.

What Are We Looking For

dynamic, street-smart, and versatile individual

Language Skills
: Proficiency in
Tamil & Malayalam
(mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
A self-driven and adaptable mindset, open to learning and tackling challenges.
The ability and willingness to travel extensively across the South Region.
Prior experience in sales, franchise management, or key account handling (preferred).
