Job Overview:

Demo Specialist / Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    discovery calls

    with leads to identify business requirements and pain points.
  • Deliver

    engaging product demonstrations

    (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients.
  • Clearly explain

    product features, benefits, and use cases

    to decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements

    and tailor demos to address their business needs.
  • Maintain

    strong product knowledge

    to confidently answer client queries.
  • Follow up after demos

    to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals

    or work closely with the sales team for successful closure.
  • Maintain accurate

    CRM updates

    and track

    discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio

    .
  • Collaborate with

    sales and marketing teams

    to improve demo success rate.
  • Provide actionable

    feedback to the product team

    based on client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Any Degree or Masters Degree (Preferred: Business, Technology, or related fields).
  • Experience:

    1-2 years in

    ERP / B2B SaaS / Cloud-based solutions

    .
  • Prior experience in

    product demo or pre-sales

    is a plus.

  • Excellent

    English communication

    (verbal & written).
  • Presentable & confident

    in front of clients.
  • Technically sound

    with the ability to understand ERP workflows.
  • Strong

    interpersonal and persuasion skills
