Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:
Elicit and document business needs from stakeholders for sales, pricing, delivery, and billing processes.
Solution Design & Configuration:
Configure SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities, including enterprise structure, customer/material master, pricing, credit, and output determination.
Integration:
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, EWM) and cross-functional systems.
Project Lifecycle:
Lead or support end-to-end implementations, including blueprinting, testing (unit, integration, UAT), data migration (LSMW), cutover, and go-live.
Development Coordination:
Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces (RICEF objects).
Training & Support:
Conduct user training, provide post-go-live support, and troubleshoot issues.
Process Improvement:
Propose and implement process improvements using S/4HANA best practices and digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Technical:
Deep SAP SD & S/4HANA expertise, O2C cycle, master data management, business partner (BP) configuration, S/4HANA simplifications.

SAP Certifications (SD or S/4HANA).
