Job Overview: We are looking for a Demo Specialist / Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves conducting discovery calls , delivering impactful product demos of our Cloud-based ERP SaaS solution , and converting prospective leads into paying clients . If you have strong communication skills, a technical mindset, and a passion for client engagement, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct discovery calls with leads to identify business requirements and pain points. Deliver engaging product demonstrations (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to decision-makers. Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their business needs. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer client queries. Follow up after demos to handle objections and provide solutions. Negotiate and close deals or work closely with the sales team for successful closure. Maintain accurate CRM updates and track discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio . Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve demo success rate. Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on client interactions. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Any Degree or Masters Degree (Preferred: Business, Technology, or related fields). Experience: 1-2 years in ERP / B2B SaaS / Cloud-based solutions . Prior experience in product demo or pre-sales is a plus. Skills & Attributes Excellent English communication (verbal & written). Presentable & confident in front of clients. Technically sound with the ability to understand ERP workflows. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills . Sales mindset ability to convince and convert clients after demos. Strong objection-handling & negotiation skills . Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and build rapport with clients.
