Job Description

Job Overview:

Senior Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L1/L2 support
for our
cloud-based ERP SaaS platform
across various modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
Handle
B2B client queries
via email, chat, and phone; ensure timely and effective resolution.
Assist in
client onboarding, implementation support, and user training
.
Understand client business processes and configure workflows within the ERP system.
Document
tickets, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles
for future reference.
Generate
MIS reports
and assist in data analysis for clients and management.
Collaborate with product and technical teams for issue escalation and enhancements.
Ensure
customer success and high adoption
of the ERP system.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience
in application/ERP support roles.
Prior experience with
ERP or accounting systems

(Zoho, Tally, Odoo, or similar platforms).
Strong understanding of
SaaS-based ERP modules
Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to
communicate effectively with clients
and handle escalations professionally.
Proficiency in
MS Excel & reporting tools
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Familiarity with
cloud technologies, SaaS deployment, and API integrations
.
Understanding of
business processes
like Finance, Purchase, and Sales workflows
Certifications in
ERP systems or SaaS products
will be an advantage.
Ability to
lead a team
and mentor junior support executives.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance/IT background preferred)
