A dynamic individual is required to provide Customer Care Support to US-based clients, work in an office with a positive culture in a Prime location in Delhi, and be a part of the international Client Service Team. The process is a blended one of Voice and Chat.
Excellent Spoken and written english, No compromise on that.
Knowledge of computers and web surfing.
7.00 pm to 5.00 am
Responding to Calls, emails, and Live chats from International clients, updating them with Tracking information, delivery status, etc.
Providing Inbound and Outbound Sales/support to our US Clients on Phone.
