We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Executives for Voice & Chat support roles in both Tech and Non-Tech domains. The process includes International and Domestic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries efficiently via Voice and Chat
  • Provide excellent support and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Follow defined process and guidelines for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • BTech / BCA preferred for Tech Support roles
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Willingness to work in Night & Rotational Shifts
