Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of existing customers to achieve sales targets through cross-selling and upselling of various financial products such as auto loans, used car loans, refinancing, pre-owned car loans, etc.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential clients and building relationships with dealerships to increase revenue growth.
Develop strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements, interest rates, repayment schedules, etc.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
