Role & responsibilities Role: Assistant Zonal Manager role. Vertical: Health Insurance. Locations: Pune locations. CTC. Up to 10.5 LPA Plus Unlimited Incentive. Working days: 6 ( Saturday & Sunday is mandatory Working). Job details are mentioned below * Having Team handling experience is preferred, where they handled the on roll field sales team members. * Having minimum 3-4 Years experience in Same role. * Having exposure in managing the Shrinkage & Attrition. * Immediate Joiners is plus. * Prior Insurance experience is plus. * Regional language must be known. * Proven experience in managing large teams (40+ members). * The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement.
