Job Description

Industry :- Insurance Designation :- Area Manager - OEM Channel ( Motor Insurance ) Work Location :- Rajkot Roles and Responsibilities Manage dealer sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. Oversee dealer network management, including recruitment, training, and development of new dealerships. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions on product offerings and pricing. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (motor insurance). Strong understanding of general insurance products (OEM channel) or vehicle insurance (four wheeler). Proven track record in dealer channel management or dealership management. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with dealerships. Ability to analyze data to drive business growth.
