Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, market research, and customer interactions. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers to close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales, furniture sales, plastic injection molding, polymer industry, adhesives, painting etc. Strong understanding of wood products such as plywood & supreme quality furniture.
