Job Description

Role Overview

Admission Counselor

Experience: 3-5 Years
Location: Remote
Working Days:6 Days a Week
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST - Saturday: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST - Sunday: Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students via RingCentral.
Update and manage student data and call notes using Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Maintain high standards of empathy, clarity, and professionalism in all student interactions.
Provide timely feedback and insights to team managers.

Requirements

Mandatory: Prior experience in tele-calling, student admissions, or EdTech sales.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Passionate about accessible, quality education.
Patient, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools (training will be provided).
Quiet and professional home working environment with reliable internet.
