Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify transportation challenges and opportunities, developing strategic transportation plans and policies. Evaluate the impact of proposed transportation projects, considering factors such as environmental sustainability, economic feasibility, and social equity. Design transportation infrastructure, including roads, railways, bike lanes, and pedestrian pathways, ensuring safety and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transport planning to integrate innovative solutions into projects Utilize transportation modeling software, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and statistical analysis tools such as Visum, Cube, \ Synchro, SATURN, EMME, Junctions9/Sidra/Linsig, TUBA, Quadro, and Diadem to conduct traffic simulations and forecasts Analyse complex data sets to identify patterns and trends, developing innovative solutions to transportation challenges and continuously improving processes. Provide technical oversight, reviewing and checking the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards. Demonstrate working knowledge of common data environments such as ProjectWise, ensuring efficient data management and project collaboration. Analyse technical design problems and offer innovative ideas to improve solutions and processes, ensuring projects meet client and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join the JLL Research team as part of the JBS Insight & Analysis team for Capital Markets JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally. The Senior Research Analyst will be part of a growing team of capital market researchers who will monitor country/city real estate markets across various property sectors and industries. The Capital Markets Senior Research Analyst will contribute to best-in-class research that differentiates JLL and provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The Senior Research Analyst will leverage proprietary JLL data and source, update and validate third party data relevant to the global capital markets business line. Contribute to thought leadership and research content developed by Research teams (locally/regionally & globally) through sharing data and contributing market knowledge and information where relevant to drive client engagement and business growth. Support the business development process by delivering property and sector insights in various formats including slide decks with a focus on capital market activity.
