Senior Chief Architect

As a Senior Architect at MicroMitti in Indore, you will be responsible for leading the architectural vision, design, and execution of premium residential, commercial, and IT infrastructure projects. With over 10 years of experience in architectural design and real estate projects, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and functional designs that align with MicroMitti's brand vision of modern, sustainable, and premium real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include developing concept designs, master plans, and detailed construction drawings, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure design feasibility and execution, overseeing end-to-end architectural execution of projects, implementing sustainable building practices and green architecture, ensuring regulatory compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations, and leading a team of junior architects, designers, and CAD professionals. You will be expected to demonstrate strong expertise in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, proficiency in urban planning, space utilization, and sustainable architecture, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Your performance will be measured based on key performance indicators such as design quality and innovation, project execution and timeliness, regulatory compliance, sustainability and efficiency, and client and stakeholder satisfaction.
