Content Creation and Communication: Develop content for various products such as emailers, annual reports, social media posts, videos, podcasts, etc. Create and copyedit content for the website and internal publications by liaising with internal programme teams and external partners and vendors. Lead copyediting for reports and papers with minimal supervision. Ensure standardisation of language and tone of voice across all collaterals to ensure brand consistency. Ensure adherence of the Janaagraha brand guidelines across all reports, papers, newsletters, emailers, social media posts, etc. Support programme teams in the development of event-related collaterals (such as invitations, web pages, emailers, etc). Manage vendor relationships for content creation and provide guidance on deliverables. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Digital Marketing or the disciplines of Urban Governance and Public Policy is preferred. 4 to 6 years of work experience in communications with at least 2-3 years focused on social media management. Proven track record of managing social media accounts for organisations, preferably in the non-profit or social impact sector.
